Join our club to receive the benefits of membership:

 2019 Membership 

Our membership year runs from 1stJanuary 2019 to 31stDecember 2019

Membership Fees:

£25 for non-competing members  

£30 for those wishing to compete at Area qualifiers

From 1stAugust 2019  £18 (plus £5 if competing)

From 1st November 2019 £10 (plus £5 if competing) 

If you join as a non-competing member and then decide you would like to have a go at an Area qualifier you can simply top up your membership by £5.

How to Join:

Please email our Membership secretary Jo Thornton, following information: your name, address, mobile and phone numbers, as well as the email address you wish to be used for riding club communications.


Online: Please pay your appropriate membership fee by BACS to the club's account: VWH Riding Club, Sort code: 30-92-06  Account number: 00028639 BACS Reference -Membership

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to 'VWH Riding Club' and send to Mrs Fiona Russell-Brown, Kenarah House, 2 Churn Hill, North Cerney, Cirencester, Glos. Please put 'Membership' on the back of the cheque.

Please let Jo Thornton know when you have made your payment.

DATA PROTECTION ACT: Your Personal Information

The VWH RC holds details of its members' names, addresses, telephone numbers & email addresses on a password protected database.  The information is used to maintain a complete listing of all members, toensure you receive your membership benefits, to tell you about news, activities and events. This includes sending you a regular magazine, email updates, information on other membership benefits, and publishing competition times and results in the public domain.It should be noted that as we are affiliated to the British Horse Society as a British Riding Club, your personal information will be shared with them in order to fulfil your BRC membership benefits and they may share with associates for the purpose of fulfilling your full membership benefits i.e. insurance providers.

Please note that British Riding Club insurance covers you whilst at BRC organised events only.  It is recommended that all members take out adequate personal insurance.
