Well… what to say about the BRC National Horse Trial Championships at Swalcliffe this weekend…. maybe not our weekend but plenty more super clinics and qualifiers to look forward to!
After sending two fabulous teams to the qualifier in June, we qualified an 80cm team,
80cm individual and 90cm individual to the BRC National Champs held at Swalcliffe this weekend! A fantastic achievement!
Unfortunately we had lots of late changes and withdrawals last week and unable to fill a team, leaving just Penny Hall and Sharon Robbins flying the flag for VWH in the 80cm competing as individuals!
Saturday saw a very competitive lovely dressage from Penny, but deciding to save Silver for another day after the SJ. Sharon did a nice dressage with an even nicer clear SJ! Sunday was XC day; Sharon and Libby flew around having a blast, just a little blip, but pleasing for her second ever event and over a true championship course test!
